Waves of changes

Isn't it amazing how life has its roller coasters. You never know what tommorrow will bring. Sometimes life can be fun and happy, and other times it sucks, and you just feel like your in the pits. I just realized that sometimes we just need to stand up, see a different point of view and run...because regardless what happens, we go on.
